This eyewash manifold assembly for the Guardian Equipment G1540 Eye Wash consists of a yellow pull-down plastic manifold and a 3-foot (91 cm) drain hose. Given the price on this item it may be more economical to simply purchase an entire new G1540 instead, but that's obviously your call.
