The Guardian Equipment G5010T5-1 drench hose with an FS-Plus@ spray head, an orange five foot (1.5 m) hose, and a 3/8" male swivel inlet meant as a replacement drench hose assembly for Guardian's G1562 portable eyewash/drench hose units. We don't have a picture of this part, so we are showing a similar product, the G5010 drench hose, which has a longer hose and lacks the swivel inlet.
