Product Description

Zing ball valve lockout devices prevent valve handles from being turned during maintenance and repair operations. These devices are constructed of abrasion-resistant red polyurethane and can withstand extreme weather conditions (-20 to +200 °F = -29 to +49 °C) without cracking. Adjustable sleeves inside the cover adjust to grip the valve covers so that, when properly installed, the valve handle will not be able to move. This device will lock out valves in the on or off position using a hasp or padlock with a shackle up to 3/8" (0.95 cm) in diameter.

These devices are available in three separate sizes to ensure a perfect fit and compliance with OSHA lockout/tagout (LOTO) regulations:
