Description

This versatile, economical two-piece lockout adjusts to fit 1" to 6 1/2" (2.5 to 16.5 cm) diameter valve handles, replacing 3 conventional gate valve lockouts. The durable polypropylene construction is resistant to extreme temperature changes from -13 to 194 °F (-25 to 90 °C).

This device is compact for easy carrying and storage and includes appropriate warning labels. It accommodates up to 4 padlocks or hasps, with a maximum shackle diameter of 3/8" (9.5 mm).
