Product Description
The Guardian Equipment G1704 features a stainless steel bowl and comes with a number of popular options such as a stainless-steel bowl cover (G1704BC), auxiliary drench hose (G1704HS), and hand/foot controls (G1704HFC). Similar models are the G1760 which has two FS-Plus™ spray heads to cover the eyes and face and the G1825 which has two GS-Plus™ spray heads which cover only the eyes. For a similar wall-mount model see the G1750. Additional configurations, stainless steel, all-PVC and ADA-compliant models are also available.

Application: Free standing, pedestal mounted WideArea™ eye/face wash. Four GS-Plus™ spray-type outlet heads deliver a flood of water over a wide area of coverage for complete rinsing of eyes and face. Spray Head Assembly: Four GS-Plus™ spray heads. Each head has a “flip top” dust cover, internal flow control and filter to remove impurities from the water flow. Valve: 1/2" IPS chrome plated brass stay-open ball valve. Valve is US-made with chrome plated brass ball and Teflon® seals. Bowl: 11-1/8" diameter stainless steel. Pipe and Fittings: Schedule 40 galvanized steel. Furnished with orange polyethylene covers on vertical piping for high visibility and corrosion resistance. Supply: 1/2" NPT female inlet. Waste: 1 1/4" NPT female outlet. Sign: ANSI-compliant identification sign, item # 250-007G. Quality Assurance: Valve, bowl and spray head assembly is factory assembled and water tested prior to shipment. |

Application Note An optional G6020 thermostatic mixing valve (tempering unit) which precisely blends hot and cold water to deliver warm (tepid) water as provided by ANSI Z358.1-2014 may be required under your state or local plumbing codes. |
