Description

When used in conjunction with appropriate Lockout Tags (sold separately) these high visibility red devices can be used to comply with OSHA's Lockout/Tagout Standard. These devices block out (but DO NOT lockout) fuses, serving as notice to prevent the accidental insertion of fuses while equipment is being serviced. A hole in the center of the device provides a tag attachment point.

The four-way device blocks out 1/4", 9/32", 11/32" & 9/16" fuses.

The two-way device blocks out 13/16", 1-1/16" and blade type fuses.
