Product Description

ZIng's Eco lockout/tagout (LOTO) tags are double-sided, made in the USA from rigid .025 gauge recycled plastic, measure 6" x 3" (15.2 x 7.6 cm), and have a reinforced brass grommet for padlock use. The tags are suitable for indoor or outdoor applications, are easy to write on, and hold up against water, grease and a variety of chemicals. They easily exceed OSHA's 50 lb pull requirement for tagout devices per 29 CFR 1910.147.

Both the front and back feature the header "LOCK-OUT POINT" with red and white stripes to attract attention and ensure compliance. The front has multiple lines to fill out for both equipment description and location while the reverse has multiple lines for instructions.

These tags are UL-validated for recycled content, and support sustainability initiatives and LEED credits. Sold 10 per package. Tag ties not included.
