Guardian Replacement 470-024R FS-Plus™ Spray Head Filters, 6/pkg
470-024R is a package of six replacement filters for the FS-Plus™ spray head (item # AP470-021) used in Guardian Equipment eye/face washes. Replacement filters are economical and should be checked/replaced on a regular basis depending on the quality of your water supply. An exploded parts diagram for the FS-Plus™ spray head is available.
The diameter of these filters is 1-3/4" (4.45 cm) . If your filters are 1-1/8" (2.86 cm) then you have an GS-Plus™ spray head and need item # 470-004R instead.
Note: Effective January 1, 1997, The FS outlet head was replaced by the FS-Plus™ spray head. Rather than installing replacement component parts for the FS head, the manufacturer recommends replacing the entire head with a FS-Plus™ spray head.
