Product Description

The Guardian Equipment G1810 includes a bowl which is mounted directly into your existing countertop and is activated with a push-down valve handle. The G1808 is similar except the activating mechanism is a flag handle. The G1822 is also similar except the bowl sits above the bench surface (like a vessel sink).

Application: Eyewash for recessed mounting in countertop. Two GS-Plus™ spray-type spray heads deliver a flood of water for rinsing eyes.

Spray Head Assembly: Two GS-Plus™ spray heads. Each head has a “flip top” dust cover, internal flow control and filter to remove impurities from the water flow.

Valve: 1/2" IPS brass stay-open ball valve. Valve is mounted below counter and activated by push-down knob.

Bowl: 13" diameter flanged stainless steel bowl for recessed mounting in countertop. Furnished with all hardware necessary for installation in counter.

Supply: 1/2" NPT male inlet.

Waste: 1-1/4" NPT female outlet.

Sign: ANSI-compliant identification sign, item # 250-007G.

Quality Assurance: Unit is completely assembled and water tested prior to shipment.

VR - This unit is available in a vandal-resistant version that ideal for use in schools and other areas where equipment may be subject to abuse. All threaded connections are secured with set screws or cement to prevent disassembly and tougher spray heads are used. Available by special order only; please inquire.

Application Note

An optional G6020 thermostatic mixing valve (tempering unit) which precisely blends hot and cold water to deliver warm (tepid) water as provided by ANSI Z358.1-2014 may be required under your state or local plumbing codes.
