This confined space manhole cover keeps your confined spaces and workers safe. Place it directly under the manhole cover so it is visible when the manhole cover is removed it will remind workers to follow proper confined space procedures before entry. The corrugated polystyrene sign adjusts to fit 21"- 30" diameter manholes.

The label that is affixed to the manhole cover is made of indoor/outdoor grade over-laminated polyester. "DANGER. Confined space. Permit Required For Entry" and has "NO STEP" written in four places on the red octagonal border.
