Sentry® water extinguishers are designed to protect all types of areas containing Class A (ordinary combustibles) fire hazards except those with Class C (energized electrical equipment) potential (see item 09662 for a Class C-rated water mist extinguisher). Water extinguishers are a terrific choice for protection of areas containing common pool chemicals (which are dangerously incompatible with ABC and BC dry powder agents), provided that the chemicals are properly stored and no electrical hazard exists.

These units feature a 7 inch (178 mm) stainless steel butt-welded shell for long life and corrosion resistance. Each extinguisher includes a color-coded pressure gauge, Schrader (tire type) valve for pressurization, and 6-year manufacturer's warranty. UL listed. As of October, 2023, this unit is now Coast Guard approved when used with Ansul bracket number 30937.

This item is shipped empty and has an approximate shipping weight of 9 lb (4.1 kg). There are 30 of this item in a pallet (approximately 4' x 4' x 4'). You will need to charge the extinguisher with water and compressed air according to the manufacturer instructions.
