Product Description

These Ansul model CD-50-D-1 and CD-100-D-1 and CO₂ wheeled fire extinguishers have a compact design that is easy to operate and maintain. The units are designed to protect areas where Class B (flammable liquids and gases) or Class C (energized electrical equipment) fires could occur. They can be used indoors where winds and drafts do not affect discharge or where a clean extinguishing agent is required. Typical applications include aviation hangars, paint spray booths, quench tanks and metal tube manufacturing.

These UL-listed units feature squeeze grip activation, chrome plated forged valves, a DOT/TC-approved steel cylinder, a wheeled carriage for easy mobility, and a wire-braided discharge hose. Technical Note: Prior to June of 2021, these part numbers (433537 and 433538) were for English-labelled extinguishers and only UL listed. The corresponding ULC-listed models were different part numbers. Effective June of 2021, the labels for 433537 and 433538 were updated to trilingual English/French/Spanish which qualified them for UL/ULC listing and the old ULC part numbers (43359 and 433540) were discontinued.
