Product Description
The Guardian Equipment G5025 is a wall mounted single-head drench hose that has a wall-mounted spray head with integral activation lever that can be easily removed to rinse the eyes, face, body or even equipment. The G5010 is similar but is unmounted. The G5026 is also similar but doubles as an ANSI-approved eyewash because it has two spray heads.

Application: Drench hose unit for wall mounting. Ideal for rinsing any part of user’s eye, face or body. Note: Under ANSI Z358.1 - 2014, drench hose units supplement, but do not replace, other types of emergency equipment. If you require eyewash protection, consider a two-head eyewash/drench hose combination unit instead. Spray Head: Single FS-Plus™ spray head. Spray head has “flip top” dust cover, internal flow control and filter to remove impurities from the water flow. Valve: Forged brass squeeze valve activated by stainless steel lever handle. Valve has replaceable stainless steel seat for exceptional durability. Valve closes when lever handle is released. Hose: 8' reinforced PVC hose. 300 PSI maximum working pressure. Supply: 3/8" NPT male swivel-type inlet. Mounting: Wall mounted hook holds unit on wall. Sign: ANSI-compliant identification sign, item # 250-006G. Quality Assurance: Unit is completely assembled and water tested prior to shipment. |
AP400-015 3/4-inch garden hose inlet adapter to connect the unit to a standard garden hose. BP In-line dual check backflow preventer installed on inlet of hose. Note: Check with code authority for compliance with local plumbing code. FSH 8 ft. flexible stainless steel hose in place of PVC hose. LC Locking clip for valve handle. Valve stays open until locking clip is released. VB In-line vacuum breaker for installation between valve and spray head. Application Note An optional G6020 thermostatic mixing valve (tempering unit) which precisely blends hot and cold water to deliver warm (tepid) water as provided by ANSI Z358.1-2014 may be required under your state or local plumbing codes. |
