Front Access Dispenser for Hair, Beard, Shoe or Arm Covers, Small or Large, Clear or White

Product Description

This Dispenser has a single compartment ideal for hair, beard, shoe or arm covers. This unit features a clear top lid and a front opening for dispensing. The unit comes without labels applied so that the end user selects the appropriate label for their application. It comes supplied with the following labels (stickers): Hair Nets, Beard Covers, Shoe Covers, Arm Protectors, Blank Customizable White Label (that can be written on with pen, marker or self-adhesive laser printed labels). Illustrated labels have a caricature showing the item in use, and trilingual wording (English, Spanish, French Canadian) to insure worker compliance.

The units have slip-resistant rubber feet for mounting on table or shelf, and holes for mounting on the wall. Available in heavy-duty, white or clear plastic. Two sizes are available:

The small dispenser measures 9" h x 9.75" w x 5.75" d. The large dispenser measures 11.5" h x 11.75" w x 9.5" d. This item includes the dispenser only; accessories are not included.

Technical note: Section 2-402 of the 2017 FDA Food Code (9th Edition) deals with hair restraints and requires:

(A) Except as provided in ¶ (B) of this section, FOOD EMPLOYEES shall wear hair restraints such as hats, hair coverings or nets, beard restraints, and clothing that covers body hair, that are designed and worn to effectively keep their hair from contacting exposed FOOD; clean EQUIPMENT, UTENSILS, and LINENS; and unwrapped SINGLE SERVICE and SINGLE-USE ARTICLES.

(B) This section does not apply to FOOD EMPLOYEES such as counter staff who only serve BEVERAGES and wrapped or PACKAGED FOODS, hostesses, and wait staff if they present a minimal RISK of contaminating exposed FOOD; clean EQUIPMENT, UTENSILS, and LINENS; and unwrapped SINGLE-SERVICE and SINGLE-USE ARTICLES.
